Workshop Foreman / Diagnostic Bike Technician

About the role

Ducati Bournemouth is looking for a Workshop Foreman / Diagnostic Bike Technician to lead and support its workshop team. You will oversee repairs and servicing, carry out advanced diagnostics and fault finding on Ducati motorcycles, and help deliver a high standard of customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the workshop team to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Allocate and monitor daily workshop activities so work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
• Perform advanced diagnostics, fault finding and repairs on Ducati motorcycles.
• Give technical guidance to technicians on complex repairs and diagnostic issues.
• Carry out quality control checks against safety and brand standards.
• Ensure servicing, maintenance and repairs are accurate and finished within agreed timescales.
• Support the training and development of team members and share technical knowledge.
• Follow manufacturer processes, warranty procedures and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a motorcycle technician with strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and clear communication of technical information.
• A passion for motorcycles and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Full UK driving licence (motorcycle licence preferred).
