Workshop Manager – Bespoke Joinery & Furniture

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead a growing bespoke joinery and furniture workshop. You will own day‑to‑day operations, drive production efficiency and support the company’s expansion into new CNC and spray‑finishing capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all workshop activities, ensuring schedules and deadlines are met.
• Lead and develop joiners, machinists, apprentices and subcontractors.
• Maintain high quality standards for bespoke kitchens and fitted furniture.
• Interpret technical drawings and CAD production files.
• Collaborate with Directors on production planning and business growth.

Required profile

• Background in bespoke joinery, cabinetry, fitted furniture or kitchen manufacturing.
• Proven experience as a Workshop Manager, Production Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction and workshop workflows.
• Organised, proactive and quality‑focused.
