Workshop Technician – Precision Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a Workshop Technician to join a market‑leading precision engineering and aviation services provider in Harlow. You will work on a diverse range of aircraft component maintenance tasks, ensuring high quality and on‑time delivery for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform window polishing, grinding/fettling, paint stripping and shot peening on various components.
• Remove and install bearing cups and other fittings as required.
• Carry out receipt inspections of customer jobs and assist with dispatch, wrapping and packaging.
• Drive the company van to collect and deliver jobs while complying with all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and use personal protective equipment correctly.

Required profile

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and data.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
