Yard Operative – Full‑time Temporary Role in Wigan

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Yard Operative to join a well‑established client in Wigan. The role offers stable Monday‑to‑Friday hours, immediate start and full training in a busy yard and warehouse environment.
Key responsibilities
- Break down and re‑stack wooden pallets and dismantle cardboard for recycling.
- Sweep warehouse areas, maintain housekeeping standards and clean after loading operations.
- Support yard and warehouse upkeep, including safe manual handling and loading recycling onto vans.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties safely.
- Reliable, punctual and able to travel between two nearby sites in Wigan.
- Positive attitude, able to work effectively as part of a team.
What we offer
- £13.00 per hour paid weekly.
