Yard Operative – Temp to Perm

About the role
Join a dynamic import/export team as a Yard Operative on a Temp‑to‑Perm basis. The role is based in Aylesham, Kent, and requires an immediate start, own transport, and a valid driving licence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the flow of refrigerated cabinets entering and leaving the yard.
- Unload lorries and ensure timely processing of goods.
- Dismantle cabinets as required.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Required profile
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn; experience is a plus but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a tidy workspace.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Valid driving licence and own transport.
