About the role
Tradewind Recruitment is hiring a Year 1 Teacher for a popular primary school in Heswall, Wirral. The role runs from September 2026 to July 2027 and is full‑time, offering the chance to shape the early learning experience of Key Stage 1 pupils.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that meet the national curriculum for Year 1.
- Assess pupil progress and provide targeted support to ensure high‑quality learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and parents to create a supportive classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and pupil welfare.
