Year 1 Teacher – Key Stage 1 (Full‑time, Temp‑to‑Perm)

About the role

We are partnering with a vibrant, inclusive primary school in South Liverpool to find an enthusiastic Year 1 teacher. You will take full responsibility for a Key Stage 1 class, delivering the National Curriculum and creating a safe, engaging learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons in Reading, Writing and Maths aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Manage all aspects of teaching, from lesson planning to assessment, reporting and tracking pupil progress.
• Implement inclusive and differentiated strategies to meet the diverse needs of every learner.
• Contribute to school‑wide assessment and improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support the wider school community.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); Early‑Career Teachers are welcome.
• Proven classroom experience in Key Stage 1.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching and community impact.
• Professional, reflective practitioner with a desire for continuous growth.
• Enhanced DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK.
