About the role

Reed is seeking enthusiastic Year 2‑6 supply teachers for primary schools across Hampshire and the South East. The role offers flexible working patterns – full‑time, part‑time or day‑to‑day – with immediate start dates available.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons for Year 2‑6 pupils in a variety of school settings.
• Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different curricula, timetables and school policies.
• Provide minimal planning and marking for short‑term assignments.

Required profile

• Previous experience teaching Year 2‑6 classes.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
• Adaptability and confidence working across multiple schools.
• Proactive, professional attitude with a passion for pupil development.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
