About the role
Reed Education is seeking enthusiastic Year 2‑6 supply teachers for primary schools across Hampshire. The role offers flexible, day‑to‑day assignments in a variety of school settings, allowing you to gain experience while supporting pupils’ learning.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the planned curriculum for Year 2‑6 classes on a supply basis.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Adapt lesson plans quickly to meet the needs of each school.
- Provide accurate record‑keeping and minimal marking where required.
Required profile
- Previous experience teaching Year 2‑6 pupils.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
- Adaptability to different school environments.
- Professional attitude and proactive communication.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
