About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join our friendly primary school in Enfield. The successful candidate will lead a class of 27 pupils, delivering engaging lessons that promote high standards of learning and foster a supportive classroom atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons for Year 3.
- Assess pupil progress and provide targeted feedback.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive environment for all learners, including those with SEN such as SEMH and ASD.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support school initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about pupil development.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Previous experience teaching in a primary setting.
- Strong commitment to pupils’ academic and personal growth.
- Ability to commute to Enfield.
