Year 3 Teacher – Full‑Time Temporary (1 Term) – London Fringe Pay

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary academy in Hertfordshire on a full‑time, one‑term temporary contract starting in September. You will lead a small, mixed‑ability class with strong support from a Teaching Assistant and a Learning Support Assistant.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons for Year 3 pupils.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN.
• Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with TA, LSA and senior staff to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition and Global Developmental Delay.
• Track pupil progress and contribute to parent communication.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Demonstrated experience supporting pupils with SEN, particularly autism and global developmental delay.
• Strong classroom management and differentiation skills.
• Inclusive, patient and nurturing approach.
