About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 teacher to join a primary school in Gillingham starting January 2027. The role involves guiding pupils through the transition from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2 and fostering a happy, safe, and fun learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Year 3 lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Support pupils’s academic, social and emotional development.
- Assess and monitor progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in a primary setting.
