Year 3 Teacher (KS2) – Full-time Fixed-term

About the role

An inclusive primary school in Rochdale is seeking a Year 3 Teacher to join the team from September 2026 on a fixed‑term, term‑time basis. You will lead a Year 3 class, delivering a broad KS2 curriculum and supporting pupils as they transition from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons for Year 3.
• Support pupils' academic progress and personal development.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and track pupil progress effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff.
• Maintain strong communication with parents and carers.
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
