About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Year 4 Primary Teachers to join a network of schools across Spalding and the surrounding East Midlands area. These supply positions offer flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work while gaining experience in a variety of classroom settings.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Year 4 lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Collaborate with school staff and contribute to whole‑school initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attendance.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Passion for inspiring and supporting young learners.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with pupils and staff.
• Reliability, adaptability and a commitment to high‑quality teaching.
