About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Year 4 Primary Teacher to join our team in Swindon. You will be responsible for delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum to a vibrant group of pupils, fostering a love of learning and supporting their personal development.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons for Year 4 students.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and fellow staff to ensure a cohesive learning approach.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Clean DBS check.
- Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management abilities.
- Passionate about supporting young learners.
