About the role

We are partnering with a vibrant primary school in Brent to recruit a qualified Year 4 Teacher starting in September 2026. The successful candidate will join a supportive community focused on high‑quality, inclusive education.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver an engaging, inclusive curriculum across core and non‑core subjects.
• Monitor pupil progress using data, implement interventions, and close learning gaps.
• Stay up‑to‑date with educational research, policies, and school initiatives.
• Promote a positive school culture through exemplary teaching practice and active participation in meetings with governors and external networks.
• Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
• Experience teaching Year 4 pupils.
• Commitment to delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Team‑player attitude with a reflective, proactive approach.
