About the role
We are partnering with a vibrant primary school in Harlesden, Brent, to recruit a dedicated Year 4 Teacher starting September 2026. The successful candidate will join a supportive community focused on high‑quality, inclusive education.
Key responsibilities
- Stay current with educational research, policies, and local authority initiatives through continuous professional development.
- Promote a positive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practice and representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks.
- Plan and deliver an inclusive curriculum that challenges all pupils across core and non‑core subjects.
- Monitor pupil progress, analyse data, and implement targeted interventions to close learning gaps.
- Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and communicate curriculum developments.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Proven experience teaching Year 4 pupils.
- Commitment to delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Team‑player with a reflective and proactive approach.
