About the role

We are seeking a passionate Year 6 teacher to join a thriving primary school in Watford. The role starts in September 2026 and offers a supportive environment with small, well‑behaved classes and a full‑time teaching assistant.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 6 pupils in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess student progress and provide targeted feedback to raise attainment.
• Collaborate closely with the experienced Year 6 colleague, teaching assistant, and parents.
• Contribute to the school’s CPD programmes and extracurricular activities.
