Yield Manager (Hybrid, Bristol)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑driven Yield Manager to join a dynamic team in Bristol. In this hybrid position you will own pricing strategy, use data to drive revenue growth and support commercial decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute dynamic pricing models that maximise revenue.
• Utilise revenue management systems to automate pricing decisions and continuously improve capability.
• Analyse historical and live data to forecast demand and optimise inventory allocation.
• Produce reports and dashboards that communicate performance trends and commercial opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs, identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align pricing with operational capacity and customer demand.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance yield management processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a dedicated Yield Management or Revenue Management role.
• Background in travel, hospitality, parking, transport or other dynamic‑pricing environments is highly advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights.
