Young People's Project Officer – Community Youth Programs

About the role
Peabody is seeking a motivated Young People's Project Officer to design and deliver youth programmes across Greenwich and Bexley. You will work directly with young people, partners and local communities to create opportunities that help them achieve their aspirations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and implement projects that support young people's personal and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, employers and community organisations.
- Manage volunteers, organise activities and ensure all work follows safeguarding and inclusive practice.
- Collect and analyse data to measure impact and report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Promote programmes and opportunities to maximise participation.
Required profile
- Experience supporting children, young people or families.
- Proven ability to manage projects and develop partnerships.
- Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice.
- Organised, proactive and passionate about youth development.
