Zumba Class Instructor – Bude Leisure Centre

About the role

Join GLL as a Zumba Class Instructor at Bude Leisure Centre, delivering energetic dance‑fitness sessions that get people moving and having fun. You will use your love of music and motivation to create a safe, inclusive environment for participants of all ages and abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective Zumba and dance‑fitness classes.
• Maintain a fun, enthusiastic, high‑quality class atmosphere.
• Adapt, progress or regress routines to suit different ages and fitness levels.
• Inspire participants through energy, motivation and excellent customer service.
• Consistently exceed customer expectations and encourage repeat attendance.

Required profile

• Exercise to Music Level 2 and/or a Zumba Instructor Certificate with a valid Zin membership.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service.
• Commitment, enthusiasm and a team‑player attitude.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
