12 Month Internship - Distribution & Asset Rotation

About the role

This 12‑month internship offers a unique entry point into the financial sector, working within the Distribution & Asset Rotation department of a leading global bank in London. You will rotate across several teams, gaining hands‑on experience in financial analysis, market research and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Support various teams such as Leveraged and Telecom Finance Syndicate EMEA, Corporate, Commodities and Export Finance loan Syndicate EMEA.
• Conduct research and market analysis to aid transaction execution and marketing activities.
• Prepare and maintain reporting spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
• Interact with investors, coordinate debt syndication, and help prepare pitch materials.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal tools and systems.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in corporate and investment banking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to create clear and professional PowerPoint presentations.
