12 Month Internship – Macro Structuring

About the role

This 12‑month internship in Macro Structuring offers recent graduates the chance to work alongside senior structurers at Crédit Agricole CIB in London. You will be involved in creating and delivering innovative structured‑product solutions for financial‑institution clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and presenting marketing material for client meetings and internal strategy sessions.
• Work with sales teams to develop product solutions, pricing strategies and client pitches.
• Collaborate with trading desks to analyse pricing impacts and market changes.
• Contribute to the design of new products, pricing tools and models in response to market demand and regulatory shifts.
• Educate sales colleagues on advanced pricing systems and keep them informed of new features and market developments.
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams and external clients to ensure compliance and effectiveness of solutions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity and teamwork orientation.
• Interest in financial markets and structured products.
