12‑Hour Keyholder – Weekends & Weekdays (Part‑time)

About the role

As a Keyholder at Levi’s Regent Street you will be the essential link between our products and customers, working 12‑hour shifts on weekends and weekdays. This part‑time position supports store management and helps maintain a vibrant retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Support the Store Management team with daily tasks, opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent.
• Motivate, support and coach the sales team to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Maintain strong visual standards across the shop floor.
• Assist with deliveries and organise the stock room.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Proven experience meeting sales targets and KPIs in a retail environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and team‑player attitude.
• Experience managing or leading a team on the shop floor.
