12‑Month Distribution & Asset Rotation Internship

About the role

This 12‑month internship offers a unique entry point into the Distribution and Asset Rotation department of a leading global bank. Based in London, you will work across several finance teams, gaining hands‑on experience in financial analysis, market research and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Support multiple teams such as Leveraged and Telecom Finance Syndicate EMEA, Corporate, Commodities and Export Finance loan Syndicate EMEA.
• Conduct research and market analysis to aid transaction execution and marketing activities.
• Prepare and update reporting spreadsheets, create PowerPoint presentations and perform other administrative tasks.
• Interact with investors, coordinate debt syndication and assist in preparing pitch material.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal tools and systems for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university programme related to finance, economics, business or a similar field.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in capital markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience creating presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint.
