16 Hour Operations Key Holder

About the role

As a 16‑hour Operations Key Holder at Levi Strauss & Co., you will be the frontline ambassador of the Levi’s® brand, ensuring smooth store operations during key trading hours. This part‑time position involves opening and closing the store when managers are absent and leading a team of Stylists to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service while embodying brand values.
• Lead, motivate and guide Stylists to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support Store Management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with proactive, solution‑focused approach.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to support store management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
