1st Charge Mortgage Case Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated 1st Charge Mortgage Case Manager to join a specialist lending brokerage in Ringwood. You will manage residential and buy‑to‑let mortgage enquiries from initial contact through to completion, working closely with brokers, lenders, legal teams and surveyors.

Key responsibilities

• Process 1st charge residential and BTL mortgage applications end‑to‑end.
• Collect fees from clients and brokers where required.
• Maintain accurate client data in the CRM, complying with GDPR.
• Provide telephone support to brokers, ensuring smooth processing.
• Set review dates for completed loans and identify resale opportunities.
• Attend internal sales and lender meetings to stay updated on market conditions.
• Assist the AML function by flagging suspicious activity and supporting compliance checks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services or mortgage processing.
• Proven ability to work under pressure with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated, target‑driven and comfortable handling telephone interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Solid computer literacy.
• Knowledge of AML and GDPR compliance requirements.
