Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer IT support queries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hardware, software and networking.
• Log, track and manage support tickets efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and learn on the job.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Positive, proactive and team‑oriented attitude.
• Organised, reliable and eager to learn.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Genuine interest in IT and technology.
