2nd Line Support Engineer

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, award‑winning IT Managed Services provider as a 2nd Line Support Engineer. You will work within a dynamic Service Delivery Team, delivering high‑quality remote and on‑site IT support to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for Windows Server, Azure, O365, Active Directory, SharePoint, VMware, Hyper‑V and networking environments.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests both remotely and on‑site.
• Collaborate with the Service Desk and senior engineers to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
• Participate in on‑site visits to client locations when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced, client‑facing MSP environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and adapt to hybrid working after probation.
