3.5t Delivery Driver

About the role

Dunelm is looking for a friendly, customer‑focused 3.5t Delivery Driver to join its Home Delivery Network at the Stoke depot. You will be the face of the brand, bringing homeware purchases to customers’ doorsteps and ensuring a joyful experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality homeware products to customers within a designated area, following a two‑weekly rotating shift pattern (Monday‑Friday or Tuesday‑Saturday).
• Start routes between 6 am and 8 am and complete all deliveries within the same day – no overnight stays.
• Maintain a professional, courteous attitude that reflects Dunelm’s brand values.
• Adhere to planned routes and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Team‑player mindset with strong communication abilities.
• Clean driving record with a maximum of six penalty points.
• Valid Category C1 (7.5t) licence, digital tachograph, and Driver CPC certification.

Required skills

• Category C1 licence (7.5t).

• Driver CPC qualification.
