3.5t Driver

About the role

DX Network Services is looking for a reliable 3.5t Driver to join its parcel and freight delivery team in South West England. You will operate a 3.5‑tonne van on multi‑drop routes, ensuring timely and safe delivery of customers’ goods while providing a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a 3.5t vehicle to deliver parcels and freight to customer premises.
• Meet agreed Service Level Agreements and delivery windows.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures where required.
• Navigate routes using maps or GPS, building local knowledge.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues at the point of delivery.
• Ensure the vehicle and cargo are kept clean and secure.

Required profile

• Proven experience driving 3.5t vehicles safely and in compliance with UK road regulations.
• Valid UK driving licence for vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.
• Strong geographical knowledge of South West England and ability to use navigation tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
