3.5t Flatbed Van Driver – Full‑time, UK‑wide

About the role

LV Logistics is seeking a full‑time 3.5t Flatbed Van Driver based in Middlesbrough. You will carry out collections and deliveries across the UK, represent the company professionally and provide occasional holiday cover for the Class 2 rigid fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Perform collections and deliveries nationwide using a 3.5t flatbed vehicle.
• Provide holiday cover for the Class 2 rigid fleet when required.
• Complete all required paperwork and follow specific job instructions.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with health & safety and tachograph regulations.
• Interact with customers in a professional manner.

Required profile

• Full Driver CPC (mandatory).
• Class 2 licence (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ambitious, organised and driven with strong customer‑facing communication.
• ADR licence desirable – training can be provided.
• Tail‑lift experience desirable – training can be provided.
• Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with occasional optional weekend work.

Required skills

• Driver CPC certification.
• Class 2 driving licence.
• ADR licence (or willingness to obtain training).
• Tail‑lift operation (or willingness to obtain training).
