3.5T Van Driver – Leatherhead (Temp to Perm)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable 3.5‑tonne van driver to join a logistics operation based in Leatherhead. You will be responsible for delivering lightweight items to businesses across Surrey, Kent and South London, working independently while providing a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Safely deliver lightweight goods to a variety of commercial customers.
• Process each delivery using a handheld PDA to record signatures and update status.
• Maintain road safety standards and adhere to best driving practices at all times.
• Perform basic vehicle checks before and after each shift.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of professional van driving experience, preferably with a 3.5 t long‑wheel‑base vehicle.
• Valid full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Willingness to undergo a driving assessment.
• Availability to work 48 hours per week, Monday‑Saturday (Saturday mornings only).

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a PDA for delivery processing.
