360 Recruitment Consultant – Construction

About the role

Kenna Recruitment is seeking a proactive 360 Recruitment Consultant to join its construction specialist team in London. You will work across permanent, freelance and retained assignments, helping Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction clients find the right talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, delivering permanent, freelance and retained recruitment services.
• Visit clients regularly across the region to maintain relationships and generate new business.
• Interview and advise candidates, matching their ambitions with suitable construction roles.
• Source high‑quality candidates using the CRM database, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, headhunting and referrals.
• Conduct reference checks by telephone to ensure candidate suitability.
• Produce detailed CVs and present the right candidates to the right clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends through press releases, networking and client feedback.

Required profile

• Previous agency recruitment experience, preferably within the construction sector.
• Proven 360 recruitment track record with strong billing history.
• Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards for talent sourcing.
• Driven, proactive and motivated to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a relationship‑focused approach.
