360 Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Eurobase People is looking for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join its tech‑focused team in Chelmsford. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from winning new clients to placing top tech talent, while working in a supportive, high‑impact environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technology roles.
• Develop new business through networking, outreach and market mapping.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted talent partner.
• Source, screen and guide candidates throughout their job search.
• Meet and exceed performance targets, driving commission earnings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, preferably within IT or tech.
• Strong commercial mindset and relationship‑building abilities.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and eager to grow a personal desk.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
