360 Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our commercial division in Leigh-on-Sea. You will build and manage a portfolio of client relationships, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions across commercial, industrial and engineering sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing client accounts.
• Source, assess and present high‑quality candidates to meet client requirements.
• Create compelling job adverts and post‑interview candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate records in the prospect database of over 6,000 contacts.
• Achieve realistic targets and contribute to the agency’s revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant within the recruitment industry.
• Strong sales drive with the ability to generate business from scratch.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Professional appearance and attention to detail.
• Active presence on LinkedIn and ability to leverage it for sourcing.

Required skills

• Proficiency in drafting job adverts and candidate summaries.
