About the role

HR GO Recruitment is seeking an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to build and grow their own desk in Liverpool. This sales‑focused position combines client acquisition, candidate sourcing, placement, and account management in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by prospecting and winning client accounts.
• Source, interview and place candidates across temporary and permanent roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from brief to fee negotiation.
• Develop long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Meet and exceed gross profit and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Experience in 360 recruitment or a strong sales/business development background.
• Target‑driven, commercially minded and confident in negotiations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Organised, proactive and motivated to create a profitable desk.
