360 Recruitment Consultant – £30k‑£50k + Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Southampton team. You will work within a well‑established agency, building strong client relationships and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions for a diverse portfolio of accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new client accounts across the UK.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed individual KPIs and revenue targets.
• Network effectively to generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a recruitment agency environment.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and results‑driven.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
