3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join a busy IT Operations team in Bristol. The role is hybrid, offering a mix of on‑site and remote work while providing third‑line support across server, cloud, network and infrastructure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide third‑line support across server, cloud, network and infrastructure environments.
• Support and maintain Microsoft Azure and Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver infrastructure improvements.
• Develop automation using PowerShell where appropriate.
• Support backup solutions such as Veeam or Arcserve.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party suppliers.
• Ensure infrastructure remains secure, resilient and compliant.
• Participate in an out‑of‑hours support rota.

Required profile

• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure across cloud, networking and server technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused approach.
