7.5 Tonne Driver – Bedford/Kempston

About the role

We are seeking experienced 7.5‑tonne drivers for a temporary‑to‑ongoing position based in Bedford/Kempston. You will deliver white goods, brown goods and bulky household items directly to customers' homes while providing a friendly, professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a 7.5‑tonne vehicle safely and efficiently on day shifts.
• Deliver a variety of white goods, brown goods and bulky items to residential addresses.
• Manually handle and lift items up to 80‑90 kg, often as part of a two‑person team.
• Carry goods into customers’ homes and place them in the requested rooms.
• Complete delivery paperwork and follow company procedures.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with every customer.

Required profile

• Valid UK Category C1 (7.5 t) driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.
• Reliable, punctual and customer‑focused.
• Previous multi‑drop delivery experience is preferred.

What we offer

• Pay rate of £15.63 per hour.
• Temporary to ongoing contract.
• Day shifts starting at 6:00 AM or 10:00 AM, Monday‑Friday (weekend work available).
