About the role
We are seeking experienced 7.5‑tonne drivers to join Parcelforce Worldwide in the Leeds area. You will operate a Royal Mail vehicle, delivering mail and parcels to distribution points and local teams while representing the brand professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Drive a 7.5‑tonne Royal Mail vehicle safely on assigned routes.
- Load and unload mail and parcels efficiently.
- Deliver items to distribution points and local delivery teams.
- Perform daily vehicle checks and keep the vehicle clean.
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold Royal Mail standards.
Required profile
- Full UK manual driving licence with Category C1 entitlement (7.5 T) and no more than 6 points.
- Previous experience driving a 7.5‑tonne vehicle.
- Good knowledge of Leeds and surrounding areas.
- Physically fit to lift parcels up to 20 kg.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Ability to pass a DBS check.
- Valid Tachograph card.
Required skills
- Category C1 driving licence.
- Valid Tachograph card.
What we offer
- Monday‑Friday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm shifts.
- Hourly rate of £15.06.
- Temporary / ongoing assignment with immediate start.
