7.5t Driver – Multi‑Drop Delivery (Middlesbrough)

About the role

DX Network Services is looking for a reliable 7.5t Driver to join its Middlesbrough depot. You will operate a multi‑drop delivery route, transporting customers’ products safely and providing a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Represent DX professionally at all times.
• Drive vehicles safely and legally, complying with all company and statutory requirements.
• Complete daily vehicle checks, report defects and complete paperwork.
• Scan all products using DX scanning equipment.
• Load deliveries safely and manage routing to meet premium and timed delivery commitments.
• Use appropriate PPE and ensure it is in good condition.
• Report any on‑road or delivery issues to the traffic office immediately.
• Deliver parcels in excellent condition and handle customer queries politely.
• Carry out collections according to instructions and schedules.

Required profile

• Valid C1 (or higher) licence with DQC and Tacho card.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points and no bans.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.

Required skills

• Operation of DX scanning equipment.
• Use of Tacho card for driver hours recording.
