About the role

Join Levi Strauss & Co. as a part‑time Sales Associate working eight‑hour weekend shifts at the East Midlands Designer Outlet. You will be the face of the Levi’s store, helping customers discover the perfect fit and style.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver personalized 1:1 service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire confidence.
• Operate tills, manage fitting rooms, and handle stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the store welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Energy, adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
