999 Clinical Advisor

About the role
This temporary, long‑term position is based in a contact centre in Crawley (or Medway) supporting both 999 emergency and 111 non‑emergency NHS contracts. Flexible shift patterns are offered, with plenty of hours each week and competitive hourly rates.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical advice for 999 emergency calls.
- Support NHS 111 non‑emergency calls as required.
- Work within established clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
Required profile
- Valid NMC or HCPC registration (Adult Nurses only).
- Minimum two years post‑registration experience in urgent, emergency or unscheduled care.
- At least 12 months experience working within NHS 111.
- Availability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
