ACA Qualified Accountant – Corporate Finance Graduate Role

About the role

Old Mill is seeking a newly ACA‑qualified accountant to join its Corporate Finance team. This position offers a fast‑track entry into deal work, strategy and transactions while building on your practice experience in a supportive, ambitious environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Corporate Finance advisers on business sales and acquisitions.
• Prepare company valuations and financial models.
• Conduct financial analysis and due‑diligence projects.
• Support strategic and commercial advisory engagements.
• Help clients navigate succession decisions.

Required profile

• ACA qualification, recently qualified and currently working in an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical foundation with commercial curiosity.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Motivation to learn and develop within corporate finance.
