Academic Programme Officer – Higher Education

About the role
The Academic Programme Officer will support the delivery of academic programmes at Keele University International College. Working closely with academic staff and the Director of Learning & Teaching, you will help ensure smooth academic processes and a high‑quality student experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with timetabling, exam scheduling and assessment coordination.
- Maintain accurate student records and update academic systems.
- Support exam boards, results processing and related administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative assistance to academic staff and tutors.
- Help organise study support sessions and other student success initiatives.
- Respond to student enquiries about academic procedures.
Required profile
- Experience in higher‑education administration or a similar environment.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Confident communicator able to liaise effectively with students and staff.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy setting.
