About the role

FindTutors is seeking motivated Academic School Mentors to provide personalised after‑school support to students across the United Kingdom. The role is flexible, allowing you to work remotely or in‑person while helping learners stay organised, motivated and confident in their studies.

Key responsibilities

Provide one‑to‑one academic support tailored to each student’s needs.
Identify difficulties in various subjects and explain challenging topics.
Reinforce effective study habits and learning strategies.
Help students improve their academic performance and confidence.

Required profile

Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
Ability to support students across multiple academic subjects.
Passion for education, coaching and student development.
No prior tutoring experience required; adaptability to different learning styles.
