Academy Goalkeeping Coach

About the role

Join Brighton & Hove Albion’s Academy as a Goalkeeping Coach and help shape the next generation of elite keepers. You will work primarily with the U15‑U16 age groups, delivering specialised training and supporting their overall development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver pitch‑based goalkeeping sessions for youth players.
• Conduct match‑day reviews and provide individual feedback.
• Log and analyse performance data using Kitman Labs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure holistic player development.
• Assist in scouting and identifying promising goalkeeping talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience within a professional football academy environment.
• Strong technical demonstrator with the ability to engage players of varying ages.
• Hold a UEFA ‘B’ Goalkeeping License, UEFA B License, FA Safeguarding qualification and FA Emergency First Aid qualification.

Required skills

• Goalkeeping coaching techniques.
• Performance data entry and analysis (Kitman Labs).
