Academy Scouting Representative – South West (Part‑time)

About the role
Brighton & Hove Albion’s Academy is looking for a part‑time Scouting Representative to cover the South West region. You will be the club’s eyes and ears, identifying promising young talent and supporting the Academy’s recruitment objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Attend football fixtures in the South West during evenings and weekends.
- Identify, track and report on high‑potential youth players.
- Maintain accurate records of all games attended and forward reports to the club’s point of contact.
- Collaborate with Academy staff to ensure alignment with scouting objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in football scouting and youth recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the professional game, Academy structures and Category 1 EPPP requirements.
- Established network of contacts within the South West football community.
- Holder of the FA Talent ID Level 1 Award.
Required skills
- FA Talent ID Level 1 qualification.
