Account Associate - Advertising

About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Associate to support its advertising team within the 21GRAMS unit. The role focuses on healthcare communications, working with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and health‑IT clients to deliver integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain weekly client status reports.
• Prepare timelines and contact reports in collaboration with project management.
• Initiate new jobs, develop project estimates and track team hours and out‑of‑pocket expenses.
• Participate in internal financial billing meetings and maintain competitive information files.
• Maintain inventory of brand promotional materials (print and digital).
• Provide day‑to‑day project support and liaise with clients for regulatory committee submissions and production needs.

Required profile

• Passion for healthcare and an interest in pharma/biotech advertising.
